cloning, NGS data visualization and analysis, protein purification and protein-protein interaction analyses.
Main Programming skills
good knowledge of R and Bioconductor for retrieving, preparing and analyzing gene expression datasets.
How do I perform Research
Before performing experiments, I always start with a strong experimental design. I can work independently, however I really appreciate teamwork and discussing ideas with my group members.
I am curious and I like taking up scientific challenges.
